About Widgio

Last updated 8 October 2026

Widgio helps small web studios collect the texts, photos and files they need for a client's website in one place.

How it works

Create a project and list the materials you need for each website page.
Send your client one link. They can answer and upload files without an account.
Review each answer, ask for changes or accept it. See which required materials are still needed.

Widgio is free to use. Keep your own copies of important files: the service can change, pause or end. You can export a project's text and file list.
