Received is a start.
Accepted is ready.
A file arriving doesn't tell you whether it's the right file. A reply may still need a location, a service or a clearer photo.
Widgio keeps those states separate, so you can see what needs your review and what you're still waiting for.
Before you start.
Does my client need an account?
No. Your client opens the project link, answers your requests and uploads files. Your studio signs in to set up the project and review the materials.
What can I ask my client to send?
Text and files for each page of the website: a business description, service details, contact information, photos or documents. You write the instructions and decide which requests are required.
Can I ask for changes before accepting a material?
Yes. Leave a note explaining what to change. The client sees it alongside that request and can submit a revised answer. A received material counts toward readiness only after you accept it.
How do I use the materials outside Widgio?
You can export the project's text and file list. Keep your own copies of important files. Widgio helps you collect and review content; you build the website in the tools you already use.
Is Widgio free?
Widgio is free to use. The service can change, pause or end, so keep your own copies of important files. You can read more on the About us page. About us
